Serving the Basic and Biomedical Research Community

Penn Genome Frontiers Institute LINUX compute cluster

Welcome to the Penn Microarray Facility - Bioinformatics Group

The bioinformatics staff of the Penn Microarray Facility is available to provide experimental design and analyical services to users of the Facility and the basic and biomedical research community. Additional services, including grant support, data management and custom computational projects are described here.

We provide one-on-one training and host instructional workshops. Our goal is to ensure that scientists across the University are able to exploit existing and emerging computational technologies, especially related to their genomics scale datasets.

If you would like to receive email from the Facility about workshops and news, please subscribe.
