Perhaps one of the most useful things we can do as scientists is to share with one another resources that we have found useful in our research.

The image above shows the beginning of the functional genomics resources workshop which was held in our training room in 1311 Blockley Hall.

Web Resources for Penn Scientists

We have organized these resources into sections for different model organisms that are the result of a workshop organized by Maja Bucan and PBiC presented on September 24, 2004. More information on this workshop can be found on our workshops page. We also provide a list of general resources that could have applicability to any organism.

These pages are not meant to be a complete list of all available resources. Rather, they contain resources that we have found useful. If you know of a resource that you find useful that is not on the list, please email the bioinformatics core and we will add it so that other scientists can be informed.
