Xenopus web resources

  • Xenbase
    • Xenbase is a web resource for Xenopus laevis and Xenopus tropicalis. The site includes links to genomic, EST, microarray analysis and spatial gene expression databases, as well as other useful resources.
  • Xenopus molecular marker resource
    • Xenopus molecular marker resource is a second web resource site for Xenopus laevis and Xenopus tropicalis. it parallels Xenbase in many respects and includes links for genomic, EST, microarray analysis and spatial gene expression databases.
  • The Xenopus tropicalis EST Project
    • Sanger Institute site for the EST project based in England. Links are included for EST, genomics, genetics and mutagenesis sites for Xenopus tropicalis. There are also comprehensive links for the websites of all the other vertebrate and invertebrate model systems.
  • Xenopus laevis EST project
    • Xenopus laevis EST project based in Japan. More than 250,000 EST sequences are currently available, as well as assembled contig sequences, simple annotation and corresponding Xenopus tropicalis sequences.
  • Trans-NIH Xenopus initiative
    • Trans-NIH Xenopus initiative website describes NIH support and plans for the development of genomic and genetic resources for Xenopus laevis and Xenopus tropicalis. Contains links to current genomic and EST databases.
